Introduction
Welcome to Solution Contracting. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Services
Solution Contracting provides emergency response, drying and equipment setup, cleaning and decontamination, and project support services. The specific scope of work, timelines, and pricing will be set out in a written estimate, work authorization, or contract before work begins.
Quotes and Scope Changes
All quotes are based on the information available at the time of assessment. If project conditions, materials, or scope change, pricing may be adjusted accordingly. Any changes will be communicated and approved before additional work proceeds.
Payments
Payment terms will be outlined in the applicable estimate, contract, or invoice. Deposits may be required prior to commencing work. Failure to make payments when due may result in suspension of services and may incur additional charges as permitted by law.
Cancellations
Clients may cancel services by providing written notice. Clients remain responsible for payment of any work performed, materials purchased, or non-refundable expenses incurred up to the cancellation date.
Warranties
Solution Contracting warrants that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Any specific warranty terms will be detailed in the applicable project agreement. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, or work performed by third parties.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solution Contracting will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific project is limited to the amount paid for the services giving rise to that claim.
